Mark Bachmann is Partner and Chief Client Officer of Marcus Thomas LLC, a $196 million agency with 180 people in Cleveland, Ohio and Buenos Aires, Argentina. The agency provides brand marketing communications consulting and digital marketing for a diverse group of clients across five business categories: CPG, Home & Garden, Professional Services, Healthcare and B2B.

Mark began his career in 1983, when the emerging media was cable television. After seven years with Malone Advertising, Mark and a couple of partners bought Ira Thomas Associates, a small agency in Youngstown with annual gross income of just $1.5 million in annual revenue. Today that number is $22 million.

In 2000, Mark and his partners acquired Cleveland-based Marcus Advertising to become Marcus Thomas. In 2011, the agency acquired DigiKnow, a digital marketing and technology firm with offices in Cleveland and Buenos Aires.  

Mark is a member of the 4A’s Board of Directors and is a passionate Chairman of the Board of Directors of Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Cleveland.
